About This Unique Event

Set in the beautiful winter backdrop of Monument, CO, this full day event is created

by female entrepreneurs, for female entrepreneurs.

Whether you have been in business for years or are just starting out, we'll cover everything you need to grow your business strategically and authentically.

Local women from the Colorado Springs and Tri-Lakes community have joined to provide back-to-back content to inspire action in your business. You'll walk a way with a specific plan to accomplish your goals for the next year and beyond.

Thoughtfully catered beverages and food will enhance the experience, so that each guest can focus on learning. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided throughout the event, with lunch served mid-day to keep minds sharp while the focus remains on nourishing your business.

After individual presentations, a moderated Q&A Panel with the day’s speakers will explore specific concerns from the audience and dive further into tailored solutions for those in the room.

The evening will then conclude with an energetic networking hour where guests can explore meaningful connections in the room, especially with our hand-selected vendors who provide services specifically for female small business owners such as legal, financial, insurance, professional styling, branding photography, and more. During this time, guests can enjoy heavy appetizers and a selection of wine and mocktails.

Please keep in mind, because of the extensive coordination to provide an elevated and meaningful experience to guests, this event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued after ticket purchase.

  • Turning Followers into Fans: How to Build a Brand People Actually Care About on Social Media and beyond

In a world where everyone’s scrolling past a million brands a day, how do you get people to stop, look, and actually care about yours? Today is all about the real stuff—the heart and soul of building a brand that’s more than just a logo or aesthetically pleasing graphics. We’ll learn how to show up authentically, find your voice, and use storytelling to connect with people on a deeper level. You’ll get straight-forward, practical tips for creating content that gets people to stick around, engage, and even become advocates for what you’re building. Let's work together to turn your brand into something people want to follow and be a part of.

  • Interactive Lunch & Learn

While enjoying a delicious catered lunch, guests will be encouraged to connect with others at their table as they reflect on how their personal values influence their business. Then, they'll explore how to use those core values to make thoughtful decisions in their businesses that are aligned with who they want to be.

  • Sales & Strategy: Embracing a Feminine Approach to Business Growth

Sales is not a dirty word! Many entrepreneurs are fueled by their creative passion to "do things differently", but thinking of how to "sell" our product or service often makes us feel a pit in our stomach. We're afraid of being "salesy" because we don't want to come across as aggresive, pushy, and even manipulative (cue the used car salesman imagery). Being intentional about a sales process as a small business owner isn't shameful, it's crucial. Ultimately, a strong strategy is the only thing separating our business from a hobby. Jess will introduce a simple framework to move clients through your pipeline effectively, while still staying authentic to you (and your business). With the perfect mix of high-level tools that can be applied to any industry and tactical frameworks to customize your sales process, you'll walk away feeling confident and prepared to have your close rate (and revenue) skyrocket.

Business coach

Jess Thompson

Jess is a business coach and consultant focused on empowering entrepreneurs with strategic sales and business processes. As a mom, law-enforcement wife, owner of two local businesses, and co-facilitator of a local women's networking group, she understands the importance of managing time effectively - a skill she often passes on to her clients. Jess prioritizes customized solutions for her clients because she understands that growth is most easily achieved with realistic and authentic processes. Realtor, Author, Course Creator

Karie Mclain

As a top-producing Realtor in Monument and Colorado Springs, Karie McLain has built her career around providing an elevated, concierge-like experience for clients. But behind her success story lies a powerful lesson in resilience and the importance of systems. Karie didn’t come from a real estate family or have a pre-built book of business—instead, she overcame significant health challenges during a global pandemic, to establish herself as a respected name in Colorado's luxury real estate market. Through these challenges, Karie discovered that well-designed systems were more than just tools; they were lifelines that allowed her to grow her business without sacrificing her health or family time. These systems helped her achieve predictable six-figure years, manage every detail and customer experience with precision, and ensure that each client receives the highest level of service. Today, Karie is passionate about sharing her expertise with others through her course, "Streamlined Success," where she empowers busy professionals to create sustainable, scalable systems that lead to growth with ease. Her journey shows that success is possible when you design a business that works for you—even when you’re not working.Whether managing complex transactions or leading by example, Karie’s story reminds us that even with all the excuses, success is achievable with the right strategies and mindset.
